Balgove Larder, a locally sourced produce and dining company, partnered with Castlecliffe Consulting to strengthen their outreach to Gen Z and student demographics while also building new partnerships with local firms for event advertising and seasonal promotions. As part of this project, my team and I conducted primary research with students and university clubs to better understand consumer demands and used these insights to design a tailored marketing strategy focused on engagement and brand awareness. Our team secured three initial advertising contracts and created a pipeline for future partnerships, while also developing a pitch deck of event, campaign, and promotion concepts backed by real consumer data to help Balgove drive lasting connections with younger audiences.
